Join me in my on-demand studio for Pilates classes that cater to all different levels. I also offer Yamuna body rolling routines to address different areas of the body that might need releasing. Classes vary in length and focus. On-demand classes are pay as you go. No subscriptions. No sign-up fees. You may also register for my weekly in-person Pilates mat class at my studio in Oakland.

The Reset: Part One
The Reset: Part One — (60 minutes) — Gentle, Restorative
This video uses breath and mobility work to gently begin unlocking the body and priming it to move again. It’s perfect for those who have undergone stress, either physically or emotionally, and wish to return to their body in a gentle, deliberate and balanced way.

The Reset: Part Two
The Reset: Part Two — (60 minutes) — Grounding, Foundation work for Pilates
This video starts to lay the foundation for a solid Pilates practice. You will learn how to engage the deeper core muscles using basic pilates exercises. And although the exercises are simple, when done correctly they can be a lot of work.
Props needed: yoga strap, pilates ball or gold Yamuna ball, pilates ring (optional)
